Do I need an invite code?

Nope. Recently we we're in private beta testing, refining Totvia with a small group of families before opening to everyone, and an invite code was needed then. But now you can just go try it out for yourself.

What counts as a 'guide'?

Each guide is a personalized resource on a single topic—like helping your toddler sleep independently or navigating picky eating. Free members get unlimited short guides; Premium members unlock deep guides with extended sections delivered via email or SMS.

How is a Quickstart guide different than a full guide?

Our quickstart guides give you focused, actionable advice. Full guides are more in-depth and bring in additional context, have more strategies, timelines and resources like local experts.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Change your plan whenever it makes sense for your family.

What is a digest?

This is a Totvia summary of new information related to a Topic you've selected to stay informed on. You can opt to have it delivered to you via email or have a link sent via SMS.

How does Totvia use AI to create guides?

Totvia uses AI language models to help generate personalized parenting guidance based on the information you provide about your child and family. AI models synthesize the world's best evidence-based parenting research to create tailored recommendations—it doesn't replace professional advice but offers helpful starting points for common parenting challenges.

Is my family's information used to train AI models?

No. The information you share about your child and family is used only to generate your personalized guides. We do not use your data to train or improve AI models. Your family's details stay private.

What data does Totvia collect and store?

We collect the information you provide—your email, your child's age, and any details you share about your parenting challenges. This data is stored securely and used solely to create your guides and improve your experience. We never sell your information to third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We'll remove your information from our systems promptly.

Couldn't I build a guide myself with ChatGPT?

You sure can. However, we've found that doing so requires a tremendous amount of resources, the most important of which is time, that most families don't have. That's why we created Totvia.
